The Alsatian Accent
Alsace is in northeastern France, on the border with Germany. And in Alsace, they have this accent, the Alsatian accent.

The Franc-Comtois Accent
This accent comes from Franche-Comté. It's the Franc-Comtois accent. Franche-Comté is a French region in the east of France, near Switzerland. And they speak in this dragging way, it's a less rhythmic accent, one gets the impression that they speak more slowly.
